Last of the Mohicans

Serendipity... Hannah looking like Daniel Day Lewis in silhouette with the Manor in background. I took this picture yesterday... then coincidentally watched Last of the Mohicans last night. Last of the Mohicans Albany NY scene was filmed at the Manor and the Porch of our house Clover Cottage was the Blacksmith shop. The outside of the Manor scene lasts about 10 seconds, and I always missed this part of the movie, it's near the beginning.

Glider X 4 pinhole photo

Today I ripped the electronic and mechanical guts (and 4 lenses ) out of a Nishika N8000, replaced with 4 pinholes and photographed our vintage 50's glider and... the pinholes are too big... not too sharp but what do you want for first try? Tomorrow is Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day 2009.
